It is part of the main office for Bank of America. The building is tall and modern and new looking. The branch just opened August 2024 so it’s modern with new pods like offices with charging stations where you sit and talk with a staff person. I went in and instantly the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The person who serviced me Shruptika was very attentive and nice and informative. I was very happy w the whole experience. Only thing about being downtown is no parking for those who drive. Take CTA.
Really fantastic events venue. Staff is professional and helpful, building is gorgeous. Highly recommend.
Men’s locker room over crowded. The male to female membership ratio is 10 to 1, same size locker rooms.
Very secure. One would do well to have made arrangements for someone to meet you in the lobby.

Beautiful building and great views
The staff in the building are great and friendly. The building is always neat and tidy. You would think that the bank of america building would host a bank of america branch, but only ATMs... that was a little disappointing.
Came here for Open House Chicago, and were completely in awe of the panoramic view from the 55th floor. A beautifully designed building with stunning views.
Great contemporary architectural edifices abound in this area. Wonderful to photograph some of Chicago's newest and most modern buildings.
