I've lived in Dubai for 10 years, but I've never experienced such disgusting treatment. I was out shopping in Choitram at 9:30 PM, when a Pakistani security guard spotted me on the corner of Park Gate Residence Tower D and started talking to me, trying to get to know me! This is nonsense! Alva! Before hiring employees, train them on the simple rule of not talking to women, especially not trying to get to know the owner of the apartment! Good community. It is pet friendly. Security also very good. Quick accessibility to community’s small park and huge Zabeel park (paid entry ticket).

People keep complaining/ reporting about the same to the maintenance people. The amenities are fine since they have a swimming pool, gym, dedicated playing area for the kids, a small park for the apartment, and a small conference room as well. Overall, I do not see the…
