Great place for events, if in the area. Great sound. Always a great seat whereever you are. Vendors are wide selection. As with any venue it is wise to pregame IYKYK. Parking is worth the premium. Dress warm on cold day or nights and you will have a blast.
Super Clean: Since it’s brand new, everything feels fresh, modern, and very well-kept. • Easy to Get Around: The layout is simple, so you won’t get lost finding your seats or the restrooms. • Great Sound: Whether you are there for a game or a concert, the audio quality is crisp and clear. • Friendly Staff: The people working there are helpful and make the entry process quick and easy.
Great location for North County residents. For really all of San Diego. The venue is modern with great sound system, small enough to walk around with Petco-like stadium food options. Like most sporting venues, the clear-bag dimensions are enforced, and you are no outside food/snack allowed. But bring a empty water flask because there is filtered watered there. Credit accepted, and typical stadium seating.
I finally got a chance to visit the new Frontwave Arena in Oceanside! I came out for Lisa Lisa's 40th Anniversary Can I Take You Home Tour. It's a great venue, especially to hold concerts and other events, but I would say the sound could use improvement. Better speakers and hsving them placed through the Arena would give it a full concert experience.

Enjoyed the Frontwave Arena while going there for the Zach Williams Revival Tour Oct 2025. I don't believe any seats are bass unless you're somehow behind the artist. The venue is not too large so you won't feel like you're in the nosebleed section anywhere. I walked around the whole arena on the main floor in about 5-6 minutes taking my time. It was pleasant there. The only negative drawback is their parking situation. First of all, it's ridiculously priced, $40 lot A close or $21 for dirt lot B, not that far away. Getting in and getting out is a madhouse and takes quite a bit of time.…
New and beautiful facility. Difficult to find the seating section. The numbers were very confusing and they were very few people to give guidance. Seats were hard. Lights during the music concert were so bright and flashing toward the audience that we could hardly look at the stage. The stage lighting was so dark you couldn’t see any performer except the one in the front. I’m hoping this varies by event.? The sound bounced around. I don’t think the arena is made for music. I know it’s used for indoor soccer games and indoor football games . Parking was pretty rough. We paid $20 to park on…
Always a fun time. Attended the Clippers vs Lions Game and had a blast. Excellent seats and honestly not a bad seat in the place. Parking was easy. The vibe was fun. I even enjoyed a souvenir cup soda with no refill. Happy 1st Birthday Frontwave!
I've been to Frontwave Arena twice, and both times I had a great time. The First time I went to the San Diego Soccer's game. My seats were excellent and they won that night, so it was fantastic. The second time was for a concert. It's a great place for a concert because there isn't a bad seat in the house. The drinks and food are pricey and the parking was expensive. I really recommend going to Fronteave Arena. I will keep my eye on the concerts coming up, because I want to go again.
