  • Kevin is an excellent concierge who consistently makes residents feel welcomed. He is always approachable, attentive, and ready to help with anything that comes up. Whether it’s assisting residents, managing deliveries, or simply greeting everyone with a friendly attitude, Kevin handles his responsibilities with professionalism and care.
  • By far the worst managed place i have ever lived. Totally not worth the money the appliances constantly break down there is constant loud construction til late hours. The elevators are always broken even though we have 46 floors. The building rules change and bend depending on the management's mood. Halls constantly smell like smoke. Some of the management staff has been seen fighting with residents in the common areas and the cops are here at least once a week fir dv issues. Don't waste your money or time moving here. It's very ghetto. And I will most likely lose amenities just for this…
  • I want to take a moment to recognize our doorman, Ramo, for the excellent work he does every day. Ramo is always professional, respectful, and welcoming to everyone who enters the building. He consistently goes above and beyond to help residents and guests, and his positive attitude truly makes a difference. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the people in the building. His reliability, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. We are very lucky to have someone like Ramo representing our building.
  • Like many new buildings, The Maybury has faced its share of growing pains, but the team has worked hard to address them. Elizabeth from the renewals team was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly walked me through the lease renewal process, and made sure I understood what to expect. I truly appreciated her patience and attention. I’m happy to be here for another year.

  • Thank you Gotham Properties/The Maybury! The entire staff is the absolute best! They have treated me like family. They are so warm and helpful. Special shot out to Jasmina;) Best property manager ever! Also, thank you to Luka! He goes above and beyond at all hours to make sure we are safe and secure and always with a smile on his face!
  • TL;DR, save yourself and do not live in this building. Honestly kind of surprised that this building has 4.2 stars, but would probably warn anyone from signing a lease here (at least for a few years, maybe they'll work things out by then?). 1. Construction noise is unbearable and we're on the 19th floor. I know the building can't help it too much but it's the bane of my existence. (We're right next door to where they're building the new bus terminal, so just think about how loud that is.) 2. Building is low key cursed. Elevators are always down and in February, there was an manhole explosion…
  • I signed my lease before moving in, and I couldn't have made a better decision because, among all the virtual viewings I did, The Maybury truly takes the crown (NB: I've previously lived in luxury high-rises in both Boston, and London (UK)). My apartment's finishes are beautiful, and I had a fun time decorating my space thanks to the clean, modern aesthetic. The views from my apartment are incredible, the neighbors are friendly (elevator conversations are always interesting), and the 24/7 building staff are warm, consistently helpful, and eager to assist. The amenities are fantastic: from the…
  • Similar to other recent reviews… I’ve also been very upset with my experience living at The Maybury Only 2 operating elevators for building that is 40+ floor is not acceptable. So many issues with building. I had to sleep through water leaking into my apartment and management did nothing to compensate for damages done to my belongings. My brivo app has been broken for 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back on when they will come fix it. Placed another work order, and they closed it saying they will provide update but still no follow up. Noise… constant construction gives me headache… 4 emails…
