Westwood by Imtiaz is one of the most modern and well-maintained residential buildings in Al Furjan. The apartments are fully furnished with very good-quality finishes, and the overall condition of the building is clean and well managed. The location is convenient, especially with easy access to the metro and main roads. The building is usually in high demand, and it’s easy to see why once you visit — the design and layout are very appealing. The building is well kept and residents and general condition is good. The security are strict and yes they do ask who you are and ask for ID to sign in if you are not a familiar face. This is a good thing and it is the delivery boys and people who dont like this giving 1 star. The security are doing their job and doing it well.
The security guard sitting at the reception is very bad.Hello, he says, if you want to go up, write it yourself and go. Now I am saying, you write it, I will go up. He says, stand here for now. He made me stand here for 15 to 20 minutes. Later, he says, go now.He only said that because I just told him to write it up, take this my ID, I'm in a hurry.
Lived here for over a year, rented to tenants and sold properties here. Great quality, location and staff. One of the best buildings in Furjan and top developers in Dubai.

Very close to both Gardens and Discovery Gardens metro station. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are great as well. Pool is great. The gym is a little small but that’s alright. The rooms and the furnishing is great as well.
Nice building... Very clean And calm... security very kind and helpful..if any issues very fast responding... Good smell in corridor.. really one of the best places in Dubai .. I was in many towers in Dubai from famous developers.. building beautiful from outside but inside Awful
It's a cute studio apartment. Security guys are good. Some minor issues like the alarm going off but that seems to be resolved now. People in the building are decent. Location is great and parking is good
Clean and tidy building with spacious parking for car drivers. Nice facilities and near the metro for people without car . Exactly 5 minutes in the metro to go from the gardens metro station to Dubai marina. Security are very diligent. Personally I find it very quiet and I'm fussy about noise but I guess it depends on who your neighbors are like most Dubai apartments or hotels .
