Today, I toured both a two- and three-bedroom apartment with Ahrionna. She was very thorough, provided detailed pricing information, and answered all of my questions. She was friendly and outgoing throughout the entire tour. I really love the apartments—the open layout and spacious design are exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you for assisting me today and making my home search such a great experience
Arianna gave me a great tour without having to make an appointment. She was very thorough about the amenities and also showed me a couple of options that I didn't think of that helped me make a better decision for my situation. The property was beautifully kept in the apartments were stunning. Very impressed.
I toured Ascend at Black Canyon a couple of days ago and, unfortunately, I was not impressed. The complex felt quite desolate, and I was often reminded that many residents do not participate in community events and tend to stay in their units. The overall feel of the property seemed inexpensive, and being so close to the highway, it was quite noisy. Additionally, there is no hot tub, and the pool is not heated. While the gym was nice. The tour felt unprofessional, and it seemed as though she was not enthusiastic about her role or about presenting the apartments. Overall, the tour did not…
Great looking property. Love the pool deck and fitness center. Friendly and responsive staff - always greeted immediately when I walk in the leasing off. And, super convenient from I-17 with easy access north to TSMC, south to Phoenix and the 101.

I moved out of Ascend was because I made 3 email complaints to the office about my neighbors garbage leakage in the hall way. The office excuse was that they were short staffed. There was never any action taken during my entire lease. Ascend has been ran down with the new management. Even the gym dumbbells were stolen out of the gym. I even had my fellow neighbors say their garages were broken into and tools were stolen. Management doesn’t take any action to ensure other residents are comfortable and satisfied. Also takes weeks to have work ordered completed.
Ahrionna was such a pleasant surprise and breathe of fresh air compared to many apartments I have toured. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the community and showed me units she thought I would love, based on my needs and concerns. More communities need excellent agents like Ahrionna. Community is also clean and the apartments are very large!
I had the opportunity to tour this apartment community with the lovely Ahri (Ahrionna). I appreciated how she thoroughly showed me the units and the community without feeling rushed even though they were close to closing. Ahri shared with me all of the current promotions and addressed any potential concerns I had such as the amenities closing early. Based on my experience, when I’m closer to my intended move date, I will be applying to this apartment community.
I’ve been living at Ascend for a little over a month it’s been a very frustrating experience. The biggest issue is the constant noise from my neighbors. The walls are so thin that I can hear every step, a child running around all hours of the night. impossible to sleep or relax in my own apartment. I’ve reached out to the management office multiple times—both by phone and email—regarding the noise issue, but they never return calls or respond to emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when I’m paying for a place to live. The lack of communication and action from the office is…
