Solera at Avalon Trails has been a great decision for me and my wife to move here. Management is on top of all our needs, fast to take care of any issues that pop up.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From our initial contact, Karen was incredibly professional and polite, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for my clients and I. She was always available to address any concerns, and her communication skills were exceptional, keeping all parties involved informed throughout the entire process.
Karen is the most beautiful, kind and professional person that I have met. She's empathetic, compassionate and efficient. If you looking for serene, peaceful and quality living Solera is the place for you. You only have one life so live the best.😀
We love it at Solera at Avalon Trails. We come from a house and decided we didn't want the headache of a house any longer. We love renting.....they handle everything. It's quiet and we get to share the beautiful clubhouse and pools with Avalon Trails. We didnt want to have to go into a highrise with people on top of us or below. This villa is perfect and we even have a garage! They also have a monthly gathering so we get to meet our neighbors. Best decision we ever made!

Our new home is beyond our expectations. Karen and her staff are warm and go over and beyond our expectations. Tanner the maintenance man is friendly and urgent to serve. They immediately made us feel welcome and made us feel at home. The photos below really helped sell the place. I fell in love immediately. It is my view almost every morning and evening.
Solvers at Avalon Trails is a great place to live. Very friendly neighbors, environment, great villa and Karen Thompson is an exceptional manager. She is always pleasant and available to help anyone. She is an asset to Solera. Tanner is a very hard worker, willing to help and always pleasant. Okeetois friendly and willing to help anyone who needs it. I would not hesitate to suggest Solera to anyone looking for a pleasant place to live with amenities to please all.
My experience so far at Solera has been extremely wonderful. Karen is a wonderful Business Manager, very knowledgeable. Oketto is very friendly and welcoming whenever I visit the office. Tanner is a very good guy with all maintenance issues, he is extremely polite and he always shows up on time.
Karen Thompson Karen’s customer service is outstanding!! She is patient and very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Her hard work & dedication & sales expertise are outstanding and have not gone unnoticed. Karen is very personable and will go out of her way to make our home comfortable and to make her residents happy!!!! Tanner, staff, is excellent!!
