Highly disappointed and disgraceful with this AARK DEVELOPER project of AARK RESIDENCES. Bought in July 24, with commitment from AARK DEVELOPER of delivering the project in March 25. But even after a delay of 9 months, this is the present condition of Apartment as on 27th December 2025. Nowhere near completion. And when we call them they just lie to us saying BCC is only pending just a Big Lie. Seeing this present condition its hard to say they even have a dream of delivering this project.
1 yr delayed and no more info given
Bought and paid in full December 24 with the promise that all will be ready to move in 1st q of 25, Today one year after I have paid still not ready even they they posted on Instagram that building is ready , my sons and daughter have take a look today 10th of December 2025 and building is not ready even that they state it is ready. only wait for BCC ( this will not be given if building is not ready ) my experience with Aark developers is the worst o have ever experience, they believe in ferry tales ! Sorry guys but this is totally disrespectful and disappointing. They are out of words only…
Our apartments have not been completed as promised, until the end of March 2025.

More than one year delay!!! And no one is telling how long more to wait
The construction quality is outstanding they've spared no effort in creating homes that feel solid and luxurious.
The designs and layouts are really good in my opinion. It's very spacious n modern
Proximity to key areas like Downtown Dubai and the airport is a significant advantage.
