My move-in experience was smooth and seamless. Elizabeth was incredibly kind, personally meeting me at my unit and taking the time to show me around, which immediately made me feel at home. The community itself is quiet, welcoming, and filled with hardworking people who simply want to enjoy life with their families. As the neighborhood continues to grow, I truly hope it maintains its beauty, peace, and charm—so that we can all continue to enjoy this wonderful place we now call home.
The entire process of me trying to get an apartment here was nothing beyond awful. I went on Saturday to fill out my application and finally sign the papers to get an apartment the lady had a disgusting attitude towards my boyfriend and I and was racist. She was asking me questions about my race and what I put down and was saying there’s no way I can identify as ___ race/ethnicity, proceeded to admit that it actually wasn’t that hard to believe because she “knew people” like me, and then said “I didn’t mean to be racist.” If you want to be discriminated against and be treated like garbage…
My daughter started the application process in June and the process has been awful; staff do not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Management has constantly asking for paper work and weeks will go by and then they ask for something else, my daughter applied for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, after everything was turned in she was told that no 3 bed 2 baths were available, she would have to get a 4 bd 2b, which more expensive and then after all of that they finally approved her on July 24, 2025 and then she was told she had to sign a lease for August 1st, even tho her application clearly…
I want to give a huge thank you to Emily for a smooth process. Amazing communication, honest, and easy to communicate with. They didn't required any crazy documents just the normal documentation. Documents were easy to upload to the portal straight from my phone and Emily communicated each step to me. Thank you Emily you deserve some recognition for simply doing your job. People don't always make doing your job easy. Thank you!

This has been the worst experience trying to get a place to stay even when it comes to paperwork when you go into the office, Miss Shirley is rude. You have no privacy with conversations trying to do. Paperwork is absolutely insane. It’s been almost 30 days. They still telling me compliance got a problem. Hello, This apartment complex seems beautiful, and I would truly appreciate some assistance—or at the very least, an update on my application status. I've visited the property several times, but due to limited staff, I’ve repeatedly been turned away and asked to return another time. I’m truly disappointed to see that Amiracle is no longer with Ridge Road Flats. She was one of the few people in that office who genuinely cared about the applicants. She always went above and beyond to assist me and my family especially with things that other staff didn’t seem to have the patience or willingness to help with. Amiracle was professional, clear, and honest about the leasing process, and explained things better than what was being advertised. Welcome to the Flats! My experience has been great so far. Management (Elizabeth) has been good with the entire process making it smoother than I thought.
