Poorly maintained building — elevators frequently break down and foul odors come from the vents. Management imposes unclear violation fees and can’t provide the rules they claim are in the contract. Better to rent from another condo.
Nice pool & gym. Close to lrt stations & robinsons mall. No provision for a washing machine. Only Villar's internet provider is allowed which is very poor (building owned by Villar). Cellphone & wireless internet signal is poor even if there are cellsites of globe & smart beside or close the building, suspected signal jammers installed. Only Villars cable tv provider is allowed. Only 1 accredited purified water supplier allowed & price is P50 per 5 gallon container, price of others in area only P35. They reserved 1 elevator for maintenance & security not programmed with 3 others which makes…

CONS: - small room without balcony; the room is 18sqm studio type, quite small for a family of 3 - 4 elevators that cater for 43 floors, i think the units are from 11 to 42? And there are 20~ units per floor - drillings inside the cr, the developer placed a smaller tox for the shower head compared to the drill they made, it fell on my face during shower - small cockroaches along the corridors which invited themselves in the unit :( - frequent water leak on our bathroom ceiling However, the admin and guards have been very helpful nonetheless

Pros : Great Location, Relatively new, great Gym and study lounge, so far maganda experience ko sa staff ng condo. Cons : no garbage chute (you have to bring your own garbage at the designated bin - literal na dala dala mo sa elevator ung basura), Associates dues are quite high for its class - premium i should say, a 1-time payment is required for your unit to be Pet friendly (originally, not pet friendly condominium) plak if you know you know.
