This Doral community provides exceptional peace of mind and a safe, nurturing environment for families. Residents are dedicated to maintaining order and cleanliness, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for children. The neighborhood also features a prime location, with top-rated schools, diverse dining options, and Doral's best children's park just steps away. My eight years here have been incredibly fulfilling.
I am writing this review to help prevent others from living the nightmare I lived. After signing a lease contract, sending required deposits, going through backgrounds, sending income proofs, bank statements, and everything they asked, I was told 2 days before the lease starting date that I was "denied" by the board because I was going to live with two of my coworkers even though we had the approval from the actual owner of the townhouse. The worst fact is that we were told by our realtor that we were going to have an interview with the association director, an interview that never happened.…
Pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Vecinos delicados🥱
La asociación de este residencial nos rechazó sin entrevistarnos, sin un sustento documentado y un día antes de la entrega de llaves. Al parecer si no eres ciudadano americano no puedes vivir en este residencial. Evita la pérdida de tiempo de realizar la aplicación ya que ni el depósito nos han podido regresar después de 2 semanas.

Peor lugar para vivir y/o aplicar. Nosotros aplicamos y nos trataron con discriminacion y nisiquiera tuvieron la decencia de entrevistarnos. Nos rechazaron un dia antes de entregarnos la llave (Thanksgiving). Siguen sin dar respuesta alguna y no retornaron el dinero de aplicacion ni el deposito. El board de vecinos son un grupo de personas muy delicadas, no conviene vivir en esa comunidad, ahorren su tiempo y su dinero.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very nice. The common areas are well maintained and the association is very professional.
Un sitio súper agradable, tranquilo qué es lo principal
Es la peor decisión para vivir. No hay parqueos para los visitantes y los residentes se quejan de todo. No se puede disfrutar de la terraza porque la más mínima bulla y llaman a la policia. Tiran la basura fuera del contenedor y se parquean donde quieran.
