It is true the maintenance team at the Rollins is 2nd to none and Amir’s service on 10/15/25 exemplifies this perfectly. Punctual, fast and efficient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what Amir delivered for my repair request. HOWEVER, for a non-smoking building it is full of smokers. Air circulation is poor so tenants are guaranteed to experience other people's smoking in their own apartments
Amir help me all my needs. We had so many and plus the paint and Amir was fast, respectful and very understanding to are needs. He is amazing and I truly appreciate the job he did for me and my family.
My move in experience went well and the Rollins team was very helpful with this process. Amir addressed all my questions and was very approachable. Overall a great experience moving in.
The team at The Rollins is amazing. Whether it’s something small or a big request (by my standards) they are always so helpful. I appreciate how Amir and Jason are always so approachable and quick to respond to any issue I have. Daniel, Sonam, Tarik and Bran are always helpful and quick to answer any question and/or find someone who could help me. Joseph and Demus are always happy to help me with anything. I couldn’t ask for a better team in a building that I reside in.

Sunday I went outside to get some air. As I opened my door there was water coming from my ceiling light at the entrance. I called down to the concierge Daniel, he immediately called Amir. Amir came up with Ricardo and they did not stop looking to find where the water was coming down from. The found the leak was coming from the 9th floor. They spent the day fixing the problem both Amir and Ricardo. Thank you I am currently recovering from major surgery and water coming down right in front of the bathroom would have been dangerous for me.
I'm a former site tenant and so happy living here at the Rollins! I had a problem with my dryer and thanks to Amir superintendent I received my dryer right away! He did a excellent job installing it!!👍
My maintenance request was handled quickly and professionally. Amir replaced my microwave after the door came off, and he did an excellent job. I really appreciate the great service!
Resident Manager Amir did an excellent job placing the rubber mats in front of the elevator. This thoughtful addition has greatly improved safety, especially on rainy days when the floor can become slippery. Your attention to detail and commitment to residents’ well-being is truly appreciated. Job well done!
