I’m sharing my experience living in this building for more than three months, so others can make an informed decision. In my experience, noise has been a major issue. Garbage collection and garbage disposal noise occurs very late at night. In addition to external garbage collection, residents dispose of garbage inside the building at night, including during early morning hours such as around 1:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., and 5:00 a.m. The noise coming from the internal garbage rooms and disposal areas is extremely loud and sudden, and it regularly wakes me up at night. One of the best buildings I’ve ever dealt with! The management team is extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Everything is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Any request gets handled quickly and with a great attitude. The building itself is beautiful, secure, and very well-managed. Highly recommend truly the best building and management team in the area! Thank you for the lovely National Day gift ❤️

The developer has truly thought every detail of this building. I absolutely love the sophisticated design, the world-class amenities, and the overall location of the residence—it all comes together perfectly
The best residence in Arjan. Great architecture, modern look, neat and super in details! Two swimming pools, playground, gym, yoga place with huge mirror, barbecue zone on the rooftop, sauna, hamam, Modern look elevators, fascinating entrance!
