I asked about pricing upfront and the chatbot told me that the real estate doc could be downloaded for free and there would only be a charge($49) if I wanted an atty to review. So I invested the time to fill out the form and it required me to pay $55 to download it. I should have known that nothing is free. I'm exploring other options.

The will was easy to fill out however what they don’t tell you is no one in WI will notarize a will that was made online. I contacted 6 places. In my opinion it’s a scam.

The form itself was okay. I thought I cancelled the trial but I must not have done so correctly. My bank flagged the charges. I reached out to customer service and this is why they received 1 star. Terrible customer service. Acted like a robot. Was completely unconcerned with my issue. They were argumentative, never really said anything positive or kind. Just unnecessary. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I PAID $55 TO GET A SIMPLE FORM MADE AND THEN WAS REQUIRED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO DOWNLOAD IT. THEN THE SITE'S CHAT FUNCTION WOULD NOT WORK.

Great service! I don't need this type of service all the time but I used there free 7 day trial and it was extremely useful. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription; and reached out to billing the day they charged me and Brendan with there customer support team provided me a quick refund because I hadn't used the service after the trial. So many business models are designed to exploit the 'free trial' and refuse to provide refunds like this as they have an idea if they collect once and people cancel it was worth it. eForms doesn't play these types of games and offers real value for your…

Be careful with them. I purchased the one time to get my document for $55. They charged my account $199 for annual. That's not what I purchased. It stated one time. Why would you charge me annually. Don't do business with this company they're shady and scamming folks out their money. And, then when you cancel they're going to keep your money. That's how they make out by stealing from their customers.

Easy and free, at least with what I needed. Just make sure to cancel your trial, simple. And yes one email, and a quick reply back had it canceled same day. I only needed 1 form 🤷

I downloaded one of their forms, a simple loan agreement, which served my needs really well. But a problem came up, and I called their customer service line, and the guy I talked with straightened it out quickly and quite satisfactorily. All in all, I gotta say, eForms handled all my needs really well
