Moving to a new country and into a new home on my own was scary, Sky Broadwater made it so much easier. Tammy, my property manager, has been absolutely amazing – so kind and supportive. Hamish and Glenis have also been incredible, helping me with everything and making me feel welcome. The whole team on site is friendly and helpful – I couldn’t have asked for a better start. So grateful to be here!
recently moved into Sky Apartments Broadwater, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment, the move-in process was seamless, thanks to the fantastic management of Tammy. She was extremely professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly, making my transition into the apartment stress-free. The building itself is top-notch. The quality of the construction is evident, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The facilities are always in immaculate condition –…
Loved this place so much!! The apartment was fantastic with amazing views. My daughter and I had the best time staying here!! Everything was fresh and new. The staff were awesome in particular Wendy and the night guy ( can’t remember his name) the pool was great and the location was perfect. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was very convenient. Free security parking. Will definitely be back to this awesome place!!
Beautiful rooms, a simply stunning view, incredibly accommodating and flexible staff, and really reasonable rates. I cannot criticize anything about our stay here. Special credit to Wendy, who helped us arrange a room with city views on NYE when we found out our flight home had been cancelled. Perfect for couples looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and reasonably priced getaway in the Gold Coast.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is fairly new. The interior is spacious with plenty of light and a nice view. The property has a big shopping centre and a big park nearby. It's only 10-15min drive from Surfer Paradise and Sea World. A few downsides I would like to mention are: the pool is freezing cold all the time; parking driveway is so narrow that makes it hard for cars to pass each other; lastly the neighbourhood has a little sketchy vibe. I feel fine walking around in day time. I never went out at late night though. Overall, I would recommend this property given the…
Sky Broadwater Apartments were really good. The reception area doesn't give a sense of grandeur, but the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. It contained it's own kitchen which was perfect for our Christmas day ham. The view was spectacular at night. The apartments are right across the road from the park and bay area. So swimming is also close. There is a pool at the apartment but it's not the biggest, so maybe only fit two families comfortably, but no more. Overall, this is a great place if you want something outside the hustle and bustle of the central hub.
I was so impressed with Sky Broadwater. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and not only was it spacious and beautifully designed with amazing furniture and comfortable beds, but the facilities and location are also fantastic. It was also impeccably clean. Sitting on the huge deck overlooking the water was tranquility at its best. Whilst I didn’t get the chance to check out the sky deck, if the entertainment area, gym the gorgeous infinity pool is anything to go by I can’t wait for our next visit. With full kitchen and laundry a great place for families. The permanent residents were so…
Exceeded out expectations.. My wife and I booked for two nights in a standard one bedroom apartment. Excellent value for money, modern and clean room with everything you need for a long or short stay. Fantastic balcony views! We will be back and would happily recommend to family and friends.
