Long-time resident- just wanted to give a special shout out to the maintenance team, David & Dominick, led by the strong leadership of manager Adrian. These guys are the best maintenance team I have experienced at any property I've lived at. They are experienced and technically competent, on top of being courteous and respectful of privacy. They work hard and produce results, not excuses. On top of the premiere property leasing team of Eric & Abigail, led by the lovely Sharon, we are very grateful to have the best maintenance team in all of SoFlo!!!
I have been living at Savio for the past year. I recently renewed my lease with Abigail the sales associate. She was delightful and charming to work with. Sharon the operation manager has been extremely helpful with issues that arise in the complex. Eric has helped me answers questions pertaining to the functioning of the complex. Savio is lucky to have such a fantastic team.
I’ve been living in this community for some time and initially shared a review regarding a serious issue with red worm/centipede-like insects that were appearing throughout the property. While the pest issue has improved since then, that was only one part of my overall experience. Unfortunately, I continue to experience ongoing problems with maintenance communication and scheduling. Coordinating service visits has been consistently difficult, even when I make myself available. On more than one occasion, appointments have not been handled in a professional or respectful manner. I was a happy tenant for the last 6 months but... the community's garbage container is not functioning for the last 10 days. This is my view from my bedroom. Forget about my view, the whole community's garbage smell is in my bedrooms because the dumpster is open top! Forget about the smell, all the mosquitos and bugs that the garbage creates is in my bedrooms as well! I'm not even talking about the potential health risk and bacteria that this carries. I've lived in 3rd world counties, but never seen such a situation. If the management can't make the company fix it, then they need to purchase…

I am quite pleased with Savio and the level of service provided. If i have an issue (usually caused by a tenant) i speak with Abigail and she immediately tackles the problem. i find all the staff to kind, considerate and professional. The common areas are spotless including the grills which are cleaned daily. i highly recommend Savio and if you are looking to relocate, call Abigail. you won’t be disappointed. i am four months into my lease and i quite satisfied with all aspects of apartment living.
I just want to share how much I appreciate all the effort Sharon and Abigaíl put into this community. They are truly amazing people who always go above and beyond to help residents. I don’t have enough words to thank them for all the support over this past year. I really enjoy living here and hope to stay for a couple more years. Looking forward to seeing the community gated soon — I’m sure things will continue improving more and more!
I’ve had a really great experience with Savio, managed by the Bozzuto management team. The community is new, modern, and beautiful—everything feels fresh, well-designed, and thoughtfully put together. A special shoutout to Abigail—she was amazing. She helped with all my questions, gave a great tour, and really took the time to show me the entire community. I absolutely love living at Savio!! My biggest concern with my previous apartment building was miscommunication with management. And let me tell you, I have had zero issues here. The experience has been smooth from the start. Erick (my leasing agent) was the absolute kindest to work with. He did everything to ensure my move was seamless. Sharon is amazing! Responds to emails instantaneously, which is the type of support you look for when it comes to property management. Overall, Savio is my perfect little oasis and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else :)
