If you read most of these reviews you will see a lot of them are from vendors or people who toured the property and never really lived at Broadstone. The whole place has slowly become a money grab. The latest is charging for guest parking in the garage. They want to charge our guests $7 a day. When you tour and sign a lease they highlight the free guest parking in the garage (never mentioning how they might change it) and the other amenities that separate them from their competition. I have toured the community a few times. Luke, Marla, Aubrey and Jenn do an amazing job. Price of the units are very affordable, amenities space is very comfortable. Maintenance team keeps the community looking great. Located in a great location with much to do!
Broadstone 7th Street is truly a gem! My husband and I run a mobile coffee cart, and we’ve had the pleasure of serving the residents and staff at several of their community events. Every visit is a great experience. Jenn, the manager, and the entire leasing team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they always make us feel right at home. The residents are equally wonderful, and we can always count on warm conversations and great energy when we pop up. Truly impressed with this building and management team. The building is secure (this stands out as it is located on busy 7th st). Amenities and shared spaces are beautiful, enjoyable, and well maintained/cleaned daily! Issues are addressed promptly! The staff here is kind and I feel as though they genuinely care about the property and it’s residents. The assistant manager, Aubrey, knows my family by name - even after we’ve been living here for several months, she didn’t just forget about us after we signed a lease. What a beautiful place! The price, amenities and all around comfort of these new apartments was just what I been looking for The tour of the community sold me before I even seen the units. Marla was fantastic at highlighting all features that interested me, very knowledgeable & up beat. She really made the experience at home for me. My lease is ending soon and will be coming back for sure.
Nice place to live, so cosy. Barbecue area, swimming pools, guest area. Parking spots cost additional 65$ per one car, 100$ per two
My wife and I moved in nearly four months ago and we have loved Broadstone. This was the first place my wife and I lived after we got married and it has been the best choice. The apartments are great, the maintenance team is so fast, the parking situation is perfect, the location is awesome, the apartment is safe, it smells great, and the leasing office team is incredible. I do not have a single complaint about Broadstone. Unfortunately my wife and I are moving for our jobs unexpectedly across the country. I moved into The Stewart in March 2025, and now four months in, I can confidently say choosing this building as my new home has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. From the cleanliness of the entire building (elevators, hallways, lobby, pool), to the on-site yoga studio with free weekly classes, to the unbeatable location (right in the heart of Phoenix’s vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene), everything here has exceeded my expectations.
