Coopers Cross has been nothing but good to me from start to finish. Ben and the team are incredible. The building is modern, as well as the apartment itself. The place being fully equipped makes a massive difference to not having to figure that all out when moving into a new place, which can be time consuming and also expensive. The bills were inexpensive in my opinion, the apartment holds heat really well, and in summer its lovely as well. I handled everything remotely and Ben and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I remember there being a storm on the moving day, and the team made ample…
We've lived here this past year. I don't understand the negative comments on these reviews. We hear no noise from our apartment unless some one is directly outside the door in passing or we have the doors and window open of course. But when closed there is very little noise. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Any issues we had were logged on the app and solved within 48 hours. We had no issues with appliances breaking or not working, the only issue we logged was a dripping sound from the toilet and a cieling bulb went. Again. All taken care off quickly. The bins are…
The good: - The apartments are new - Decent storage - Proximity to city centre - Some of the facilities The bad: -Low quality appliances that either break or don't work as they should -You're forced to deal with Kaizen Energy (do google them) and can't pick a different supplier -Cheap, uncomfortable furniture -Feral youth roaming around the neighborhood -On site team can be inefficient, depending on who's dealing with your query -The apartments aren't nearly soundproof enough
Pros: - Soundproof apartments Cons: Not worth the money at all, I've been living here for 5 months atm and I can tell that: - They promise you that the gym will be ready next month and has been already 4 months and nothing - Furniture is really uncomfortable and cheap, residents always complaining about their Induction Hob breaking after 2 or 3 times using(heard about someone that had their hob breaking on the first use) - Their bin room is disgusting and disorganised - Concierge on the building that don't receive your packages or don't do anything If you're looking for something…

The apartments are very nice and the location is perfect.
The apartments, the facilities and location are absolutely perfect. I love the storage space and layout of the apartment. The bedrooms are quite spacious. The amenities are very well maintained. Still waiting for the gym to be ready, but given the quality of all the other amenities, I'm sure it'll be fantastic, too.
My life has simply changed since I'm here. Finally after 1 year of dissatisfaction and disputes in another "brand new" complex, I moved into Coopers Cross and I found the best I could. 1) House are modern and built properly without malfunctioning or problems. They made sure to provide you with as much space as possible: quick example they put a bed with space underneath! 2) It is a A-rated building for real: consumption are very low and if you are lucky enough to get a south facing apartment you don't need to turn on your heating system even in the coldest season. You have your freedom to…
The estate is very wisely designed and the apartments are well thought out. The wardrobes are spacious and there are additional shelves (also in the storage compartments, which is not typical in Dublin). Any problem is solved very quickly, and the entire team taking care of the estate is always helpful and nice.
