There is no clear instructions and the one I got the call,.it seems she is irritated. Is that how you handle people? If you don't like your job then please resign. Ewwwwww

my papa had an accident and eventually fractured near his left eye. one week in the hospital he was told he needs surgery and had to fast but did not happened that week. two days later he was told to fast again but the operation did not happened..the next two days same information that he needs to fast. and the next day again...he was fasting every night for almost 3 weeks NO SURGERY!. He is a senior citizen and the staff has no respect to the commitment and schedule.VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

Shout out to the nurses and some doctors who were very helpful when we needed the services of the hospital. Queue for documents or payment can take a few hours. Always check the breakdown of expenses in the bill as some items may be mistakenly charged - happens to both private and public hospitals. Some toilets are not working so you may have to use the ones in the other floors.

This hospital doesn't deserve 1 star. My mother in law got admitted because she was having a hard time to breath because their was something in her heart. They arrive at dawn and they were not even entertained when I got there and that was the next day. Is this how public hospitals operate?? How embarrasing and such a disappointment.

This is the worst-case scenario for a patient who's been waiting almost 12 hrs before it took and made the decision that the patient no longer needs to be admitted.

Laboratory took forever to dispense blood products at night. Waited 2-3 hours. I understand you have to get those from the blood bank but waiting for that long is too much.

Greatly disappointed with doctors, nurses, and overall staff that we have communicated with on behalf of our little baby cousin in the hospital right now. We transferred our baby cousin here in hopes he gets better care but we are only met with nasty attitudes and incompetent staff. You should change your core values to fit the current situation patients are being handled right now from “kindness, relevance, and inclusiveness” to “ill-mannered, inappropriate, and inconsiderate.” Instead of answering questions that staff are supposed to know and do on a daily basis, we are instead threatened…

I am greatly disappointed and disheartened because of the manner and tone of voice of the lady guard on duty. May I suggest that she undergo proper training on respecting elders, handling of indigents, proper handling of clientss or customer relations and most specially, anger management.
