We stayed for 10 days with half board package with daily soluna beach club access for us couple and our son who is 16 years old. Room - Spacious 2 beds provided. The beds were very comfortable with lovely view of Dubai city and with complete Amenities. Always spotless and very clean. Amazing Staff esp. Mr. Saikumar who was very professional and hard working who always making sure our room is spotless clean and always providing us with clean towels and with fresh drinking water. Please be careful — we were charged twice. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to pay in cash or by card. We chose cash and paid the full amount. However, at checkout, we were shocked to find out that they had charged us twice — once in cash and once on our card. We only discovered this in the lobby while checking out. When we asked for a refund back to our card, they told us it wasn’t possible and that they could only refund us in cash. On top of that, they didn’t even have enough cash available at the time, so we had to wait for them to COLLECT the money. We were in a hurry to catch…
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: ✨ Room: Spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view of Burj Khalifa . In novembre 2025, we had an excellent stay at The First Collection Business Bay in Dubai. The hotel feels modern and well cared for. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The room was spacious and quiet, with a great bed and everything we needed. What really stood out was the service: the team was consistently friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever we had a question or request. The hotel is in a very good location with a nice view very clean and quiet with nice atmosphere. The room was spacious with big shower and large veranda to see the view. The pool was heated and clean. The restaurant was lovely and the food was excellent! The staff was great! Very professional and polite all of them! Smith at the front desk was very helpful and very professional he helped with whatever we needed. Will visit this hotel again for sure!

Absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel truly excels in every aspect. From the exceptional hospitality and spotless facilities to the thoughtful little touches, everything was perfect. Our first stay at this hotel was exceptional, which is why we chose to book it again—and it was just as amazing the second time! From the rooms and amenities to the overall experience, everything was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and consistently provided excellent service. We’d especially like to mention Harrison, who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with Careem. He assisted us without hesitation, and his support made a big difference.
