Imperio is a trustworthy company with beautifully designed, solidly built properties. You can really see the care and attention to detail in every part of their work.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy anything from this company. I bought an apartment a few years ago and I’m still trying to solve problems of the apartment and the building with them. They are just postponing solving the problems until defects liability period ends. They used the cheapest materials for everything. Even though I paid for energy-saving windows they used the cheapest windows and replaced them only after threatening with a lawsuit. I add a few photos of their “masterpiece”. There is no respect in dealing and no credibility between before and after the contract. We agree on something and it is not implemented except after a struggle with them for 4 months. After all this waiting, they come up with things that we did not agree on and are of very poor quality to save money.
