1 start because of Koisan. He was rude, arrogant and tactless. Other guy Chris was super nice.
I came to do a small job in one of the unit. The valet was rude and also the receiving manager was very rude, after I provide all the paperwork insurance and everything. They still told me go park outside of the building. And also let me wait over 45 minutes just for a minute job that I usually charge 70 dollars. Never come back there again. And you better also. No parking, no service and rude people
Martine was amazing! His service at the beach was a 10/10. When my sister wanted goggles he went and searched for them for a long time he was amazing at his job.
1 Star - Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently visited my family in Armani Residence Sunny Isles Beach, and I was shocked by their treatment. My personal car, which is wrapped with my business logo for marketing purposes, was treated as a commercial vehicle. Despite explaining multiple times that it’s not a commercial car, the valet insisted it was and even threatened to tow it. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately this won't reach the people it should. Know that this will also be posted on Google reviews. Please be on the lookout. I believe in the "cockroach theory", this means, if you see one, there are many others that you don't see. On this note, why was the television removed from the pool bar? This is a most glaring stupid decision. Who made this stupid decision and what other stupid decisions are they making? Do you know that there are almost as many managers as there are employees working under them. Almost a 1 to 1 ratio! Pure incompetence. Do you know that in the past few months…

I can’t say enough great things about this condo building! First of all I love selling it and renting it out to my clients! Its building orientation helps see the ocean and city skyline! If you’re looking for a classy, stylish and affordable newer building, with incredible amenities and pool area!! Armani residences are it! Lovely place to live and visit 🥰
I love this place ! Wonderful! I’m going to list everything: - pool service: the people here are kind, polite, they always bring fresh towels and fresh water They have a menu at the pool , that is cool! - valet and reception: all workers very kind and helpful to resolve anything!
