Olivia at Wavensmere is well organised and pleasant to deal with.
Terrible customer service. Don’t respond and don’t fix issues. 1. Footpath lights don’t turn on and we don’t feel safe and with winter coming it will be getting darker quicker 2. Can’t get to certain floors because the fob access has been removed. Raised issue in May - still not fixed 3. Ceiling is thin and can hear people walking up and down and getting out of bed. 4. Bedroom walls are thin and can hear neighbour closing their built in closet 5. Terrible tenant vetting process. Drug dealers live in the building and constantly smoking weed which travels into our apartment. Think twice.
A very tidy development and a great community feel. First class facilities and lovely landscaped gardens.
Great apartment with a convenient walk to the town centre. Good size gym and a very clean area. If you’re looking for a nice apartment with convenience on your doorstep I recommend.

Great place to live and very hand for the centre! Love it.
I was a tenant in the development and enjoyed it but the management and concierge have ruined that for me. I was told I’d have a car space and as someone who trades cars, this means I have different cars at different times yet they can only register “one car” for that space meaning I got almost £700 in fines. Wouldn’t recommend moving here
The buildings and apartments are decent but the Concierge/ Security in this development is terrible. Drug dealers had access to an appartment we were staying in. They had the secure key access key and the security/ Concierge refused to change the locksdespite knowing our family was at risk. Very arrogant and ignorant Concierge here.
