AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Had a disastrous experience with this company in Ghana. They rented me a Hyundai Elantra with multiple check engine lights, claiming it was a temporary replacement for a Toyota Camry that I wanted. The car broke down repeatedly, and when I asked for help, the owner demanded extra payment for repairs despite me having paid in full. The final straw was when a police officer and the owner connived to extort a bribe from me. Unacceptable service, questionable business practices, and potential involvement in corruption. First time in Ghana, and I'm so grateful we discovered Autofrica. I honestly wish we had found them sooner during our trip. We were able to rent and drive a car ourselves for 5 days. Stephen was so nice, trustworthy and informative. They are reasonably priced. And Stephen dropped off the vehicle to us all the way in PramPram, which is over an hour outside of Accra. He also taught us so much about the history of Ghana and how things are ran as far as economics and government. Such a pleasant guy. Blessings from the US. Thank you, Stephen!! I was very impressed with the level of service, well organized with top notch professional and friendly customer service, the vehicle was well maintained and reliable. My family was comfortable and felt safe. Communication very clear with prompt response from inquiry to the return of the vehicle, someone was awaiting me at my arrival at the airport and also at departure to return, I will definitely recommend using Autofrica Car Rental, and will most definitely use them again on my next visit.

Autofrica is the best place for all vehicle rental needs. Their service is superb and their chauffeurs, excellent to work with. I needed a vehicle for my wedding and I didn't need to go to their office for invoicing. Everything was done online with excellent service. Thanks to Autofrica.
