  • Good community and people. Property manager is not proactive in resolving the real root issues throughout the neighborhood. Also, propert manager is very unprofessional and disconnected from member base and understanding customer service. Board is solid. Overgrown and over planted. And decisions to put trees next to foundations. Makes no sense. Landscapers dont trim and pull weeds on a regular basis.

  • Very nice new development. Neighborhood was clean and stylish. Loved the character of the homes. Great choices. Still in the middle of some construction but it looks like it’s almost completed. Great options and upgrades.
  • Stunning homes, junior olympic pool, outdoor grill, hot tub, spacious gym, clubhouse, and also a kiddie park imported from Berlin!
