  • Couldn’t recommend less. Off leash dogs everywhere with owners that pay absolutely no attention, CONSISTENT maintenance issues (Ive had to make ten calls in four months with multiple failures to actually arrive and correct the issue), the resident services team is entirely incapable of handling any concerns including being charged hundreds of dollars incorrectly (required multiple phone calls to fix despite being told it would be fixed and I’d be called back), random and extremely inconvenient water shutoffs (five times in two months), and a fire alarm system that randomly goes off just…
  • terrible PLACE! you pay an overprice rent for the following: no urgency to problems you report, roaches, homeless people in the building, MANY STOLEN MAIL, many car break ins mine has been broken into 3 times and they can't even help providing security footage to help recover the loss and damages, they don't have a secure parking structure its always broken and open, they have poor security and staff, pool especially the hot tub looks filthy and green, they say they care but they don't. once that lease is signed and you got the keys congrats you got played. Save your money and find a place…
  • I enjoy living here at the Palace. Great location in downtown. Resident team super friendly and Pablo the service manager was an amazing help with my service request. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.
  • Current resident here. I cannot wait to move out of here, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone do it either. For starters, the garage door is always open. Anybody can get into here and get access to your vehicles. We had a situation where someone STOLE our car because the gate wasn’t closed. That was last November and funny enough, one of the gates has been broken for a few weeks this month. Secondly, this place has a genuine German roach problem. An infestation to be exact. You can spray all the pesticide that you want and they never go away, not to mention the gnats that just randomly appear. To…

  • I’ve really enjoyed living here! The leasing office and maintenance teams are always friendly and professional. Marco and Andrew were especially helpful throughout my stay.
  • Jeffery was absolutely amazing throughout my rental journey! He worked incredibly hard to help me find the perfect home and was by far the most patient, kind, and efficient agent I’ve ever met. He always responded quickly, listened to my needs, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Jeffery if you're looking for someone reliable and truly dedicated!
  • I lived at Broadway Palace for about 18 months, and overall my experience was very good. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly, the building was kept quiet, and I never had any issues with noise. It was a comfortable place to live, and I would consider moving back in the future if my needs fit the area again. The only downside I experienced was with the parking policy. You’re locked into paying for your assigned parking spot ($150/month), even if you no longer have a vehicle. For a couple of months I couldn’t drive due to medical reasons, but I still had to pay for the space…
  • I moved here a little over a week ago and have had a great move-in experience. The leasing agent, Suheyla, quickly understood what I was looking for and found me the right apartment within my criteria. The apartment faces a resort-style courtyard with a water fountain that turns off after 11 pm. Neighbors seem very friendly. The amenities are awesome, and there are so many of them! My favorite is the rooftop with the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Overall, this is a great place if you're looking to live right in the city yet want to relax after work. You can definitely do that here. Also, a big…
