I had a great experience touring the building Anissa . Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she still went out of her way to take the time to show me everything and make sure I had a thorough tour. She was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The building itself is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate anissa for going above and beyond and making me feel valued as a potential resident. Highly recommend working with her!

Im enjoying a great experience living in my apartment. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable layout that makes it easy to feel at home. The building itself is quiet and well cared for, and I’ve always felt safe here

I'm pleased to have moved into Two Clinton Park! Working with Bonnie was an absolute pleasure. She simplified and streamlined the entire process from setting up the tour, getting and signing the lease, moving in, and answering any and all questions I had getting the lease and move-in off the ground, as well as other logistical questions once moving in. I couldn't be happier.
From the beginning, the Two Clinton Park team showcased professionalism, dedication, responsiveness, urgency and kindness. In the 6 months that we've lived at Two Clinton Park the team has been consistent, efficient, and patient while navigating impossible staffing, maintenance and leasing tasks, resident demands, and logistical obstacles as the building becomes fully occupied. Living here has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had as a renter. Since moving in on July 30, I’ve already submitted over 20 work orders and the problems never end. 1. Constant dust problem: The apartment gets extremely dusty even though I never open the windows (which don’t have mesh screens). I’m constantly cleaning, but nothing helps and maintenance refuses to address the issue. 2. Dishwasher nightmare: The dishwasher didn’t work from day one. It took 4–5 days and daily follow-ups to get a replacement while I had a newborn baby. The new dishwasher broke shortly…
