Thank you Narmen and Sally for the excellent service. The suhoor was amazing — the food and desserts were absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed the beautiful view and the overall experience. Everything was well prepared, and the hospitality made the visit even more special. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back again
I came to have Iftar meal. The price for such service and food is reasonable and appropriate. The food was delicious and it was having multiple varieties of cuisine mainly focusing in Arabic food. The staff there from the reception down to the table were so friendly and energetic, very professional as well. The atmosphere was matching Ramadan theme without any doubt. I am very happy to have this experience. The only thing I would add is that the table is a bit small, otherwise all in all 5 stars.
The food was really good and everything tasted fresh! Merry was our waitress and she was so kind, polite, and welcoming. Mahadi the barista was also super friendly and made great drinks. Both of them were so sweet and attentive. We had a lovely experience – would definitely come back! 😊
Amazing hotel, super clean and calm. The personnel is very friendly, Samuel from the Ziya team served us at the beautiful pool. The breakfast is out of this world and even the chef helped me out to find food according to my dietary needs. They have so many products that you can borrow if you happened to have forgotten them, like even a hair straightener. All in all an amazing experience staying at this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kimpton KAFD Riyadh over the past two nights. The hotel is beautifully designed with great character and attention to detail. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well appointed — ideal for both rest and work. Service was warm and professional throughout. Breakfast stood out with an excellent à la carte offering cooked fresh to order, especially the homemade croissants and madeleines. I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I had a wonderful time at the pool yesterday! My friend brought me here, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, especially Donna, who took great care of us throughout our visit. She was attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a amazing Katso Sandwich and fries, prepared by Chef Gulzar, were absolutely great. Paired with some refreshing drinks, it really made the day even better. Excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
