Mountain View Hyde Park is a textbook example of how developers abuse homeowners after taking their money. I bought a high-value villa in Mountain View Hyde Park, New Cairo, believing I was investing in quality living. What I actually bought was harassment, arbitrary punishment, and complete post-sales neglect. Despite pets being allowed and no clause in my contract prohibiting dogs, I have been fined repeatedly for letting my dog into my own private garden. Mountain View is the worst developer in Egypt. I bought a villa with a private garden in Mountain View Hyde Park believing I was investing in comfort and quality living. Instead, I am being harassed with endless fines, no proof, no explanations, and no accountability. I am fined for letting my dog into my own garden, despite pets being allowed and no contractual restriction against this. I am told there are complaints and videos, yet I am never allowed to see any evidence. This feels less like community management and more like intimidation. It has minimal services like pools and security guards and bars and only 2 restaurants available the style of the building has a very unique style I live here and I would advise anyone to live here if they got the chance

Peaceful cheerful neighborhood Great amenities and services
Very average place for living. The entrance gate is so narrow. As well as the roads. At night it is so dimming. Very reckless driving attitude. The security guards have no control, and moreover, they are insulted if they instructed those speedy drivers for this strange behaviour. pool is very small, no sports courts for football or basketball. Only paddle and very poor gym. TBH, it is not worth compared to other compounds.
Mountain View had become the best place for living in new cairo were you can find the safety, and happiness, activities, Looking forward to see the project completed soon ( club house other facilities) And more bigger concerts , festivals to come. Thank you 🙏
