Management has no clue. We are moving out and they requested $150 charge to hire security guard. Guard shows up late and says he has no key to lock the elevator. Called the office numerous times but still no solution lol Lady responsible for the security team told me to “just hold the door.” Oh, and you can’t get ahold of them cause no one works. I would stay away - there are lot of new and nicer condos in Sage Hill with actually working management teams.

It's so quiet and right on the edge of the city. Easy to commute any where via Stoney trail.

This is my second Cardel Lifestyles condo. I can say that both times everyone involved with Cardel have been extremely helpful. Construction was impeccable. Shocking how few (minor) items were on the inspection report. My next place I will almost certainly stick to Cardel projects.
