Great building with fascinating views of Dubai Marina. Good managing and maintenance team, the building is very clean.
My stay at Condor Marina Star Dubai was very disappointing. There is no routine housekeeping for rooms or apartments, and even basic cleaning is charged separately, which is unacceptable for a place marketed for holiday stays. You are essentially charged for everything. The staff behavior was also poor and unprofessional. One staff member in particular (Indian lady) was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant, which made the experience even worse. What made things worse is that despite agreeing in advance on a late checkout, I was still charged for one extra hour. This felt unfair and poorly…
We stayed between October 25 and October 31. The reservation was under my husband’s name. The deposit process was quite stressful even though we informed them that we would come, they kept messaging us until the last moment, which made us feel pressured. There was a serious lack of communication, and I personally felt very uncomfortable. We had already paid the deposit at the reception, and we received it back when we checked out, but the woman at the desk had trouble arranging the payment and made us wait about 10 minutes. The room was not very clean, and the vacuum cleaner didn’t work.

Good Location, direct access to Marina Water canal 5mnts to JBR
It is a very well located hotel. It is near the beach, near the Dubai Marina walk. We were very happy with our room, view and the staff. Recommend!

Brand new Building in Dubai Marina. It has studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms, Penthouses. Yes, building was long time under construction, but finally owners will get apartments soon. Building has nice facilities such as swimming pool, gym and beautiful lobby and direct access to Dubai Marina Walk I have posted more about this building in my Instagram @alex_stitsenko
