I gonna tell you ONCE, your “security” at the entrance SUCKS , always on their phone, never there to help, they don’t even bother to say hi, when you coming in or out. THEY STINK AS HELL, And the most sad in all this is that you don’t care, and never will.
It is well located. The soundproofing is good, you can barely hear outside and the REM. Common area is among the most beautiful in the area with a big & beautiful rooftop pool, also a warm & nice indoor pool with cozy spas and sauna, a nice equipped gym, a spacious urban chalet and a bbq terrasse. Condo is cozy with a gorgeous city view! Residents are friendly and all look good! But we're still waiting for the long promised mary griffin park and griffintown rem station? The bureaucracy is disappointing!
My parents live here. It's quite alright.
The building has a nice rooftop pool, and gym. Good for families and younger people.
