Torino 24, Arjan is a exceptional place to live with thoughtfully designed residences and top tier amenities that truly elevate the lifestyle. The community vibe, facilities, and overall planning reflect strong attention to detail by the developer. The only downside is the lack of dedicated visitor parking, which is a inconvenient. I had question with building management they did not have a phone number or a email where I can check I was asked to come back the next day 🥺 Overall, a fantastic place to live with just couple of practical aspect that could make it perfect.
Oh. My. God. This management team deserves a case study in how not to run a building. Living in complete Delululand, they somehow manage to be arrogant and incompetent at the same time, a truly impressive combination. None of them understand even the basics of how the real estate market operates, yet they walk around with god-complex attitudes. For what? A mystery. No one bothered to explain the gate pass process for movers, so naturally my bed and mattress delivery turned around and… security made him leave. But wait… of course management didn’t care to compramise due to their responsibility…
Don't come to live in this building because it's nothing but trouble. A delivery man came to bring me the bed where I'm supposed to sleep, even though I'd already paid a 2000 AED deposit in advance, just in case something got damaged. I had the pleasure of feeling incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed because security wouldn't even let me bring in the mattress, forcing me to sleep on my own floor for a night. Torino Oro is undoubtedly the place where you can feel like you're living in a prison with extremely useless and incomprehensible Norma for the people who live here I want to…
Lovely finishes, very thoughtful amenities, however building management process to gain access into the unit (for a furniture and design company for deliveries) is not smooth. Even though the property owner applied for a work permit, they have to email on daily basis to allow the delivery person yo enter the unit. Better procedures can be implied to save time and ensure suppliers meet their deadline.

Amazing place and I’m very happy to live here. 1) Staff and management team always happy to help with any issue 2) Great amenities. Swimming pool, paddle, BBQ place - another level 3) Quality of materials 4) Gym is another level. Techno gym machines, sauna, BMI machine. This level of equipment is rare and you will find only in premium fitness gyms. Yes the soundproofing is not the best, but I still want to give this place 5 star 👍
My experience with this developer has been extremely disappointing. The promised handover date was delayed by almost a year, which is unacceptable for any reputable company. After finally receiving the property, the quality turned out to be far below expectations: essential systems work poorly and require constant attention. Amenities that were advertised as part of the project, such as the outdoor cinema, still do not function properly. The event hall was not ready for use, and during the time we were there, prayer music played continuously for over 1.5 hours, making the space completely…
Great place to live. Honestly the amenities are the best. The greenery brings a lot of peace , the gym, badminton, paddle, pool, cinema and sanctuary are wordless. We can feel that Oro24 put a lot of effort to provide a comfortable life inside the residence. In top of that they used a very high quality material inside the apartments. Yes they’ve got delay during the construction but once you are living inside it’s amazing.
I noticed most of the comments are all about the delivery dates, investor/developer relationship..Away from this all, If I will focus specifically on Torino, I must say it is truly an amazing and beautiful place to live. The combination of elegance and comfort makes it stand out as a prime choice for anyone seeking a vibrant yet serene lifestyle. What impresses me most is the range and quality of amenities offered. I honestly cannot recall any building in Arjan that matches the level of convenience and luxury provided here. From thoughtfully designed spaces to exceptional facilities, Torino…
