Vegan between green effect its all here and the building complex is all in quads. More than the eye can see with a building set up off the water of the NYC water ways. With water taxi and good restaurants no need to live anyways else this bklyn gem is a diamond
The doorman is not professional and has a serious attitude problem. If the job is not for him he should get a different job. Very nasty and blew me off. I was making a flower delivery and he said the wrong name so I corrected him. My job is to deliver the flowers to the right person and he totally blew me off and said leave it there. He should be fired. Because for an upscale residence like that they should have proper employees.
It is a nice place next to the East River(Water front)with beautiful apartment.👍
Wonderful full service condo bulding with very friendly staff, super cool location cllose to everythin and beautiful views of the East River and Manhattan.
