Staying in a student residence turned out to be an amazing short-term rental option. Even though I graduated over 10 years ago, working with the building administration was super easy and smooth. I quickly found a comfortable apartment in a fantastic location, and the whole process was surprisingly stress-free. I can absolutely recommend this place, it even makes you feel young again (haha!). Big thumbs up to both the residence and the management team, especially to Mrs. Joanna/Asia😊
The new administration is great they help me since day one ! definetely I recomend living here everyone is very nice
We were there my sister and me from Barcelona, Spain and we enjoyed the experience. The staff was so nice, the building is amazing and the location is perfect. Thanks for everything and we hope to go back soon

Since the management changed from LivinnX to Basecamp last year, the quality of living here has dropped noticeably. What used to be a much better-managed residence has now become a place with questionable maintenance, reduced amenities, and inconsistent room allocations. The front entrance door was broken for months and, instead of being properly repaired, part of the lock mechanism was replaced or blocked with a small plastic piece, a solution that looked temporary from day one. The shared facilities were also poorly maintained. There was only one pool cue available in the games area for…
We spent our networking event in this location. Great place, especially for students. Everything is well organized and very friendly stuff. Especially I would like to note security worker Mirek Zaranek, he helped us to keep our event without any intruders and also was very helpful in organizing the event.
I personally used Livinnix in Krakow. Place super, sensational atmosphere, standard extra - a new quality dormitory for a student :). Rooms revelation. There is everything you need, including a kitchenette in the room and a separate bathroom. Utilities / high-speed internet included in the price, plenty of places to share with other students. What to want more? :) Livinnix is mega-impressive both in size and decor, as well as even more spaces for the student including a gym and chill&work area. I will be using and recommending to friends.
Lived here for about a year in a 3 room "apartment", basically sharing a living area with 2 other people. First impressions were decent, although upon arrival the key to my room just didn't work, and it took a while for it to be replaced, and then it went downhill really really fast. The rooms are small and cramped, and poorly designed. I wasn't able to open my closet with my door closed, couldn't regulate my heater without moving the bed. The windows also don't open fully, you can tilt them open, meaning in the summer you would have a sauna in your room. The common living area was okay, but…
