I’ve lived in this building for over two years now, and overall it’s been a decent place to live. However, there are several ongoing issues that really need attention. The biggest concern is the gym. It honestly feels like the walls have not been properly cleaned since the building opened. There is a sticky, almost slimy layer of accumulated dirt on the walls — it’s absolutely disgusting. You can’t even touch the wall or safely use it during workouts. The gym floors also constantly have debris and particles on them and never seem to be properly vacuumed or maintained. Great staff! Thorton park is a fantastic neighborhood for the apartments with many restaurants, cafes, and a Publix close by. Lake Eola is two blocks away! Jalyssa was great help. If you come check it out, please ask for Jalyssa. We came to tour three times and her help was amazing. Highly recommend.
Hello, I just wanted to express my utmost appreciation for Dayan, Maintenance Technician. He resolved all of my maintenance requests yesterday 1/15! Dayan's professionalism, and expertise along with the outstanding customer service that I received yesterday was truly superior and deserves to be commemorated. Dayan was amazing & went above and beyond while fulfilling my service requests today. Thank you for employing such well-qualified & hardworking maintenance technicians.
The concept of the building itself is very good. Lay out of the apartments, gym, and other amenities. However, considering the price of the rent, they should definitely improve several things. 1. Management office never avaliable and offer no flexibility whatsoever. 2. When you will be moving out of the building, they will charge you for everything. 3. No cameras in packages room or parking. 4. Some concierge’s are lazy to unlock the entrance door even tho they know you are from the building and have hands full. 5. Do not trust these people, They lie! They will hit you with false charges and they have already been sued for this. I specifically told them I had to move a lot for my job and would not rent the apartment unless it was easy to escape if need be ..which they said “no problem, if you have to move for your job, you will pay a one time fee, which is twice the amount of your rent.” they also don’t let you out after the one month like they tell you they’re going to. It’s an absolute lie. I now have almost a $9000 charge on my credit.
The maintenance technicians at Camden Lake Eola are excellent—always timely, efficient, and courteous. Their work truly makes living here worthwhile, and I greatly appreciate all they do. Whatever you are paying them, it’s not enough! Thank you, Dayan! That said, residents are charged extra for nearly every convenience. Reliable access with a simple fob is an added monthly fee, as are bike storage and even additional parking—despite already being on the lease. The concierge team have all very courteous and helpful. I am new to town and they have made great suggestions. There is also some Painting and other cleaning/maintenance work going on and those people have been very friendly… One gentleman -Dayan?- has been extremely welcoming. I have also enjoyed speaking with Diana. Of course I locked myself out the second day I’m here. It was nice getting to know the manager Lisa as she rescued me. Last but certainly not least, our leasing agent Chris has been fantastic from day 1! I have a lot of random questions and he was great at answering them all!…
Lovely apartment building with brand new finishes and amenities. Bianca Welsh helped me find my new home and was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and professional through the process and after. So far I am loving my new home and so are my pups!
