The reviews are old the building looks good on the outside but in your apartment needs improvement the cabinets fall apart the bathroom items fall apart when this was NYCHA everything was sturdy but its garage they take care out the outside of the building than inside drug dealing every where lazy security guards i don't know where there at its slum lords they try to charge for items don't move here.
Love the new look I just don't understand how the management and housing office phone numbers are not working
