Complete waste of time. Advertised contacts at a certain price, then at the last second added on a bogus ’processing fee’ that cost more than the price of the box of contacts. I shopped on their website , compared options, went all the way through the checkout process, manually added in my prescription, then uploaded a photo of it, all for nothing . completely wasted a whole good almost 30 minutes. Fraudulent practices happening on their website. They’ll advertise a per box price on contact lenses, which they legally must honor without additional processing fees IF a single box is ordered. However when you attempt to check out for just a single box of contacts you’ll find they’re suddenly “unable to process order. Try again later.” Add another box to your online cart and magically the order is able to process properly – with the added processing fees of course. This is a bait and switch scam. Caveat emptor. I’ve used this business for orders in the past but they’ll never get my business…

Yes, the prices in this store are generally less than what other major retailers offer (Target, Walmart, etc.), but it's very misleading, since you're being shown an unbelievably low price, and then see a processing fee that brings the original price by 180%! Yes, the price you'll see in cart almost TRIPLES. I'd much rather see a price of $55 per box and some $10 processing fee than $19.95 and $80 fee. Look at the screenshots and decide for yourself.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM This is another website advertising low prices and promotions. Offering a price match policy, but they add in processing fees at the end of the checkout. Example: 19.95 per box promotion. If you buy 1 box, they do not charge any processing fee. If you buy more than 1 box, they charge additional processing fees based on how many boxes you buy which alters the price per box. In my case, I was trying to buy 6 boxes which should be $120 based on the $19.95 per box. WRONG. They added in $120.00 of processing fees which made the total about $246. I…

Amazing company AMY & HELEN are both Angels and need raises and promotions. They turned a bad experience (that was my fault) into the best shopping experience ive had in a long time. They could have told me to go pound some sand instead they turned lemons to Lemonade. Whomever had a bad experience obviously didn't reach out because they actually care. Very mixed experience tbh. I read the reviews after ordering and receiving my contacts. Everything looks fine and they arrived within 5 business days. I was charged about $173 for a years worth of oasys bi-weekly contacts, which is decent. But dona little digging based on past reviews and yes, I discovered some gross business practice. The receipt they sent me on email is different from the receipt in my account, which is very sneaky and misleading. Not ethical. My email confirmation says I received a $308 discount and was just charged $13 for shipping. But the actual receipt says I was…

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They asked the processing fee to seem cheaper, which is fine however, when you were trying to submit a claim to your insurance, they will not pay you for the processing fee part and instead of giving you a proper receipt they decline. So why would I care if their prices are competitive if I can’t get reimbursed I might as well spend more and get reimbursed. Their website clearly states that they do this and they’re trying to lie to me and tell me that that’s the actual processing fee and that’s why they can’t provide me a real receipt

I’ve been ordering contacts from OptiContacts for years. Always great prices, fast shipping, no problems. However, with my most recent order they add on a hidden processing fee just before checkout. After looking around for other deals and coming back, the processing fee went up. I’ll be switching to another retailer without this kind of deceptive pricing model and hidden fees.
