We recently moved into the area and after buying our home the inspection showed our deck had significant dry rot damage. We started looking for a contractor that specializes in dry rot repair and structural repairs, and we’re really glad we found K and H Construction. What originally looked like a deck repair turned into a bigger project once their team opened things up. Moisture had made its way into the wall supporting the deck and caused additional rot behind it. Instead of just fixing the surface problem, they explained everything clearly and handled the repair the right way. Their crew…
We brought in K and H Construction to complete our unfinished basement, and the results exceeded every expectation. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. The subcontractors they partnered with were outstanding—skilled, efficient, and some of the best we’ve worked with in the city. The project stayed on schedule and within the original budget, which only increased because we kept adding upgrades after seeing the quality of their work. If you’re considering K and H Construction, don’t hesitate—you’ll be glad you hired them.
We hired K&H for our kitchen remodel and had a really solid experience from start to finish. Eric and his team were easy to work with, communicated clearly, and were always upfront about timelines and expectations. The crew showed up when they said they would and kept things moving without unnecessary delays. The quality of the work really shows! Everything looks clean, well-built, and thoughtfully done. They were also flexible when small changes came up and made sure we were happy before moving on. Overall, it was a smooth, low-stress remodel, and we’d definitely recommend K&H Construction…

I have reached out to K and H Construction Services five times so far with various home repair requests and each time they have been great to work with. I have received excellent customer service from start to finish including quick diagnostic of what the damages are and repair needs. They have proven to be reliable and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
We hired K and H Construction for a kitchen remodel and some additional home renovation work, and the results were outstanding. Eric, Kyle, and Dmitriy were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from start to finish. Our new kitchen looks amazing and the whole process was smooth and on schedule. If you need a trusted team for any home remodel, I highly recommend K and H Construction!
I needed some work done with my deck and I contacted 3-4 different contractors. Some didn’t even respond and the other two that came out kept trying to expand the scope of work. Kyle and Eric came out, sent me an estimate in a timely manner, and their crew even went above and beyond to complete the job. They did such a great job at clean up, you wouldn’t even know they’d been here! K&H will be my first call for any other work that needs to be done, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
