The Ascend team is fantastic! We received very professional treatment and an excellent tour. Sofia was great—very clear, helpful, and proactive throughout the process. We needed to move in as soon as possible, and the team didn’t hesitate to make everything happen right on time. Amazing service—highly recommend! ⭐
I love love love Jacqueline ! She is the best leasing agent ever ! She always has a positive and welcoming attitude . She has been the agent to help us from the application process all the way until moving day ! Any questions my boyfriend and I have she never hesitates to help us out even if we have to spend 30+ minutes she will never let us leave without knowing if all our questions have been answered and understood ! I definitely recommend living here at Ascend and Jacqueline is a big part of that reason ! She is the best.
This is such a beautiful community! Each time I speak with the staff they are always so happy, warm and accommodating. Jacqueline has been great! She has really helped to keep me informed throughout the entire process and never complains or has a bad attitude if I have any questions. Property is clean and inviting and very quiet, exactly what I have been looking for.
Living at Ascend Crossing Reunion has been an amazing experience. Everyone here is excellent — without exception. The field technicians who handle maintenance are always happy, positive, and truly take pride in their work. The office staff are consistently courteous, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We truly feel at home living here. It is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful places to live — not only for the quality of the community, but also for the warmth and professionalism of the people who make it special. Highly recommended!

No traffic, zero! Great neighborhood for walkers. Safest area in Kissimmee. Immediate access to 429 & i4. Brand new. Great 1 bedroom floorplan. Very clean. Well lit. Awesome amenities. Went out of their way to accommodate my arrival. Very nice staff who are managing an owner and systems change as best they can. Attentive. Overall very happy with my new home. Will update.
Moved in on September 12th, and our move in process was pretty smooth although we were told kind of last minute they didn’t do weekend move-ins, so we had to changed dates around. No problem! At move in, we discovered our oven was not working and after a few days of waiting, maintenance (who are great!) had someone from the appliance company come by to fix it. They said they did, but come to find out it was not working and we had to wait a few extra days for the issue to be resolved. The office was not helpful and almost made it seem like this issue was no big deal that we’ve moved into a new…
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience at Ascend Reunion Crossing! From the moment we walked in, Sofia, the manager, and Jaclyn made us feel so welcome. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Sofia gave us a great tour, answered all our questions, and made the whole process so smooth. We loved the community so much that we toured, applied, and moved in all within the same week! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a warm atmosphere. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we’re so excited to be part of this community!
I have had a great experience working with Jacqueline, Sophia, and Kathy! It has been extremely challenging finding the right apartment and they have made the process exceptionally easy! They have great customer service as well! Upon move in, they have answered all of my questions. They have even escorted me to my car with umbrellas. This is a bit of a struggle to do on my own as I am in a wheelchair.
