I love this property is nice and clean, the property manger Halima is very helpful. Thank you!
since the new property manager Halimeh took over this building, things have been so much better, she is quick with responding and handling everything. cant be happier!
We've been living here for over a year and overall, it's been a great experience. The building is thoughtfully designed, and our 1+Den unit is well laid out and functional. The location is also a major plus, close to grocery stores, local shops, and bus transit. While we had some concerns with building management in the past, the recent change has been a huge improvement. The new management team is highly responsive and quick to address any issues. Definitely a much better experience now!
Before you move in here- get them to run your hvac system. I lived here for two years and listened to my hvac squeal like a high pitch tea kettle non stop the entire time. After literally about 100 written complaints to the property managers and ZERO resolutions or even attempts to fix it (besides sending in tradesmen to stare at it, tell them they need to replace multiple units in the building, and then for them not to do it) I finally moved out because of how terrible the noise was and how absolutely horrible unitii property management is. They lied to me and lied to my neighbour saying…

I’ve been telling our property manager since November 2023 that elevator two malfunctions when on the P2 parking floor. It has also dropped while I’ve been in it (I notified her of this) and I’ve heard other people stuck in there and calling for help. It is now March 31, 2024 and it still has not been fixed. This place is never quick to fix anything including the previous garage door issue mentioned in other reviews with the response being to park outside with no financial compensation for losing out on parking there, as well as other issues with insufficient communication and someone being…
We moved in on November 1st, 2021. The building itself has issues (some are design issues, some are workmanship issues) but all of them are exasperated by the unprofessional "management" provided by first service residential. During our moving in inspection, we asked about moving procedure and elevator bookings, we were told that since they just took over the building, they will let us know, they never did and we moved in with elevators that were constantly being used by residence (inconvenience for our neighbours and us). 5 days after moving in, I lost access to the front door intercom…
Extremely bad security. Really disappointed. The garage doors are constantly broken and plenty of break ins onto roof in the first year of being open to renters. The property management for this property won't respond for days and then take weeks to set up maintenane and beware the events they host in the courtyard are not friendly to the renters in the space. Not a thought out operation at all. Edit: they have switched to an even worse property management company. This building does not care about who resides in their building. Instead of fixing problems they decided to ignore it and reach…
Our first year here with property Remax management was awesome. Now they have switched to First Service Residential and I can’t even get an email back and they ignore calls. I always deal with people in a polite manner, but when I voiced my concerns I was told they are too busy to respond to my email that was sent 8 days prior. Now I’ve had to contact them again and have been left waiting. Round Square needs to seriously consider voiding their contract.
