Its very far 45min to 1hour from City Doha But this area very clean & safety And the building was new But too much 🐀 hahaha at night smell something But the place is awesome Near to mosque, lulumarket and gym swimming pool etc all is near train by car 6/7qr 10min away Unless u can walk 😬
Absolutely unacceptable living conditions Barwa Madinatna. Today, it took me over 30 minutes to enter the building because a mouse was running around the entrance. When I finally opened the door, I found a lizard inside the building, and then another one near my apartment door. On top of that, I walked into my unit and found a cockroach. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this, but it will definitely be the last. There is clearly zero proper cleaning and no pest control whatsoever. It’s clear the management has no interest in resolving these issues, despite multiple complaints.…
Living in Barwa truly feels like a dream. It’s a peaceful and family-friendly community, where everything feels calm and settled. The area is quiet, with minimal traffic and very few cars passing through, which makes it feel safe and relaxed—especially for families. It is quite far out, so the only downside is the commute to and from work. There’s also no gym nearby, and apart from Lulu Market, there aren’t many shops or amenities around—so if you’re not using delivery apps, expect to travel for almost everything. Good place, check tiles and sanitary appliances, flooring etc, some uneven tiles. Improper construction. Good locality, just alert children to drive on cycling track only and while using road, be extra alert for vehicles. Good atmosphere, play area for every cluster, But Only 2 gyms for whole Barwa Madinatna, that too in other clusters. No separate Gym for each cluster.

The gym and swimming pool not functioning since 2022. They have low quality furniture and fittings. You should maintain them which may cost you high as a tenant. Bathrooms fittings are rusting, bathrooms are built without proper slope. Community is Good
Nice location and great place for accommodation clean and nice atmosphere. It's convenient for shopping and the metro is about a few min away and the shopping malls and easy access to most of the places
Spacious and affordable... but so far bad maintenance, where i have reported 10 issues with the apartment and not yet solved or even acted on. The bathroom shower is poorly designed, allowing water to spill out to the bathroom floor. Kitchen drainage is a disaster. The sink was clogged and when i tried to open it the water came out from the drainage to the kitchen floor. The company only operates from 7 to 3 PM so if any maintenance or support you will be served if they ever respond on time, only during these hours.
