So good So clean Afordable price
Lived here for several months, I would advise against staying here due to the several reasons: For the inner facing apartments, there's a playground in the middle of the buildings where children scream at the tops of their lungs all day and into the night (sometimes until midnight because its not policed however, if you played music, you'd get a fine). There's a concrete plant next door for the outer facing apartments to have the lovely noises of that all day long. The lifts regularly break down. The security aren't the brightest either. We had a wonderful time celebrating our eldest son's birthday and my brother's birthday together at Trees Residence with the whole family. The staycation was fantastic, complete with free popcorn and enjoyable night swimming, making it a memorable celebration for everyone.
Amazing stay, beautiful and super comfy rooms and bed. Accessible mall that has everything you will need. Will come back again! Thank you 😊

I love that after a BNB was so trashy, this residence made everything all better! The only true issue, was there was not close parking. But, wasn't too far of a walk. At least the room and area was inviting! Thank you.
We spent a night as part of my sister's birthday celebration. I can say that we did have a great time from the beginning of our stay until the end. We also tried their pool and enjoyed our swim. However, we did have some trouble buying tickets for the pool access. When it comes to food and beverages, we did not have any troubles as this place is near a 24/7 convenience store and is accessible to SM Fairview.
For longterm rental not worth the price. One elevator. Not enough safe walking areas for kids. Pool always dirty and crowded with kids. No fitness center. Only one store outside the gate. No mall close by.
We love their walkway/patio! It's very beautiful. The management is quite strict when it comes to coming in and out of the buildings. I guess it's understandable since we're in the middle of the pandemic. They also have some convenience stores and fast food restaurants nearby. We just wished that there would be some pedestrian crossings near the place because you have to play dodge with all of the vehicles trying to cross the road from the condo to the convenience store/Korean store right across the street.
