There is so much to love about Saltaire. It is located in a quieter part of downtown, while still being right in the middle of everything. You get the convenience of the location without the constant noise of the city. It is in walking distance to everything and having Publix across the street behind us makes it super convenient to grab groceries (my husband loves BOGOs). From waking up to the gorgeous sunrises, to watching soccer from my terrace or enjoying the Saturday's Farmer's Market just out front our door, makes living here special. We really enjoy living here. Been here from the start. Staff is excellent - professional, attentive, kind. Views are fantastic, building is beautiful. The HOA board is proactive, involved and cares. The different resident committees do an excellent job - social committee, building committee, finance committee. Evidence of a very involved community in the building. Despite other reviews, our experience has been superb.
I live here and they don't pick up the trash as scheduled, it sits on the property, The management Tidewater is lousy.. I have been emailing for over a week to get my bushes trimmed which is covered by the HOA fees. The kids play in your yard. HOA meetings are ALWAYS canceled!! Safe neighborhood, lousy service!! 90% renters

Overpriced, poor management, HOA Hell. I purchased here prior to construction. I sold very quickly. The HOA rates are soaring. The parking garage is way too small. Despite being in a great location, it can be hard to get to during busy events. The actual build quality is what you expect from new builds in 2024, not great, even though this is a "Super Luxury," condo. You can be sure the developers did well on this deal. The land owners too. But the buyers at today's prices will not. After HOA and other fees, you cannot cashflow any of these condos. Instead you could put the cash into a money…
Saltaire is a gem in downtown St. Pete. The front desk and staff are very welcoming and professional. The interior design is outstanding with top notch amenities on the 7th floor. Very dog friendly which is a plus. And the location is the best!
