Could you please switch on the exhaust. The building fresh air needs to be switched on. The entire building smells. We are tiered requesting the guard to do it. It’s basic utility and common sense . Management Kindly look into this and get this sorted asap.
I stayed with City Tower Real Estate for three years and it was the worst. The first year the rent was 32,000, the second year 40,000, the third year 46,000. When I got the flat on rent, I took it for the tenants because most of the flats were empty then, but when the building was full, they always bothered me and fined me about 6,000 dirhams.
The parking and access system is poorly designed and unacceptable. Entry and exit depend entirely on a remote control, and if the battery dies, residents are effectively trapped and In such situations, residents are forced to plead with security staff every time they need to move their vehicle. This is not only highly inconvenient but also undignified and unacceptable. There is no backup access system in place. Additionally, most parking spaces are uncovered, exposing vehicles to extreme heat and weather. This reflects poor planning and lack of basic resident convenience.
⚠️ Worst Living Experience – Dugasta / Al Haseen Residence Building 1 This has been one of the worst buildings I have ever lived in. The building is old, dirty, and constantly smelling. The corridors are always hot because management keeps switching off the AC to save costs, and the entire place feels abandoned. Maintenance is a joke — you can wake up early for work and suddenly find there is no water at all. Al Haseen Residence 1 (Dugasta) Located in Dubai Industrial City 2, Saih Suhaib, this building has a good structure and is well-established. It looks new and fresh, with parking readily available. However, the surrounding area is quite sparse, with no supermarkets, mosques, or other facilities nearby. The area is mostly desert, with a few scattered buildings. My experience at Al Haseen Residences has been the most challenging in my 14 years of living in Dubai. I encountered numerous maintenance issues during my stay, and even after vacating the apartment, I'm still pursuing the refund of my security deposit, almost two months later. Additionally, the building is situated quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient for food deliveries as none of the usual delivery apps function in the area. While online purchases through Noon and Amazon are possible, expect longer delivery times, typically ranging from 2 to 3 days.
