It's good around here but my upstairs neighbors make so much noise smoke and throw trash. We have told the office but they say they can do anything. They bearly let me sleep. The only good thing is the park and sometimes the pool. And the system of login in cars only let's you log in 1 or 2 cars.
I was one of the first to move in to this property and we are far beyond pleased. Melinda always makes sure this property is safe for families and when needed, is very helpful. Highly recommend Ekos to anybody.
Great place! My daughter moved to this property a few months ago. The property is always clean, quiet with friendly, helpful office staff. The only improvement won’t be if they could make the property gated. Aside from that, I feel at ease that she’s in a safe environment.
Update : 01/2024 It’s very hard to get manteinance requests completed , you have to be on top Of them for something to be fixed I love my apartment but there is package theft already happening in the property, when we reached out management he said there’s nothing they can’t do about it . They need to screen better the type of people they’re renting to so they don’t turn this into a hood unsafe property . Also there are things that need to be addressed, people letting dogs out without a leash, kids painting the walls with chalk. New manager is unfriendly and acts annoyed whenever you reach…

Rodrick is great. He made our move in process go so smoothly and followed up with any feedback and or documents we needed. He helped us stay on top of everything needed to move-in by our scheduled date. I thoroughly appreciate him and everything’s he’s done. He deserves all the accolades and praises. Rodrick was amazing! He took the time to go over paperwork with us, explained our options and kept us updated from the moment we applied to the moment we moved in. His customer service was great especially considering how busy their office was the last month. Rodrick was patient, respectful and so knowledgeable. Literally applied in December after numerous (temps) leasing agents my entire families birth certificates and socials were lost! And mind you I was told by a temp that I should not have given them to anyone but she was only there for a few weeks so how was I to know ! Even after this I still had faith that I would move in because Anitra was so helpful and they had copies of them all (so I thought ) however their credentialing agent must didn’t know that they were lost by a actual agent in their office and after weeks of telling me I would be moving in by March , he told Anitra to send me a…
Anitra has been a blessing to me and my family. She has a gentle and a quiet spirit. Very helpful and when she does things, she does it with all of her heart. May she continue to be blessed in all that she does 🙏 Tanya is also so sweet and she has a heart for people. They need to keep good staff like that around.
