the workers here are so inefficient and slow, why not make the coffee foam first if you knew it was going to take long? The ice of the matcha melted into the coffee making it bland and watery. Absolutely horrible service, so slow, wasnt even busy mind you. Never again.
Came in today with an 80% off voucher from Cotti Coffee, and was told I couldn’t use it, even though the voucher clearly expires on the 31st. If you’re not going to accept your own coupons, then maybe don’t hand them out. Simple. Promotions that only exist on paper are just misleading and a waste of customers’ time. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be back.

Good variety of products and price. Service depends on how busy the store is. Opens early and closes after 9pm so it works with my unpredictable schedules. Drinks have been consistent so far with just one instance tasting different. I like almost all coconut/pampas blue drinks. The Coco Pearl is refreshing and water chestnut pearls is nice too. Strawberry/Caramel drinks taste a bit weak for me. Especially the strawberry and sea salt caramel lattes- I could only taste a “hint” of the flavours in the coffee. I was expecting a bit more depth. Today I had super friendly service, I ordered the Pampas Blue Coconut Latte 🥥 it tasted very good, not overly sweet just blends well with the coffee!
16/2/25 - 2.5 stars One of the fastest growing chains in the booming coffee/tea scene in Sydney. Was recommended to try the matcha here as it's one of the cheapest around. Despite that, I still had some high expectations as $5.9 is not that cheap still. Unfortunately, definitely not that good. Is it much worse than anywhere else? Not particularly. We ordered the matcha coconut latte and rice milk tea, both tasted great and were refreshing. Staff were friendly and service is quick.
We have Cotti Coffee as well in our country, I didn't realise they expand to Australia as well. My daughter wanted to try the matcha, I was too full to get the long black coffee.
