So complicated parking garage!!! Even though they might have some good stores, the parking is a big issue here. On weekends valets take over the 33rd st exit, you have to drive north to exit. Now they have a horrible payment system that you have to put your credcard information into their website that it doesn’t offer Apple Pay neither nor PayPal and the only way is authorizing a company that doesn’t have a customer service department that answers the phone, so you better monitor that they charge you only what it says…. Not coming back here until they don’t have a more user customer oriented…
The security guards are so rude here. I was waiting outside of Juan Valdez to open so I can get a morning coffee before work and the security guards jumped around the corner and just gave me a dirty look up and down. I felt so uncomfortable and like I was being judged/discriminated when I simply waiting for the coffee shop to open. I’ve never experienced this before by security guards or anyone. I even politely proceeded to say “Hi”, “Good morning” and they just stared in confusion and being rude with their demeanor.
CityPlace Doral has an abundant amount of places to offer a nice night. Resturants, bowling alley, bars, etc, you find it at this location. Parking is super easy, Free for most of the day , but then it charges a little fee after a certain time of the night.
Nice place absolutely scam of parking, says 2h free but read small letter only before 6pm, make no sense every other place nearby has free parking, first and last time here. Went for a coffe, took me 30mins mostly for all the up and down and waiting for the parking and paid $8.5 to get a $3 coffee 😂😂

My experience with the parking system at CityPlay Doral was extremely disappointing. The previous system was simple and efficient: you took a ticket when entering, validated it at the movie theater, and handed it in when leaving. Quick, clear, and hassle‑free. The new system feels unnecessarily complicated. Before even entering the garage, you have to stop and read a long list of instructions, scan a QR code, send a text message, open a website, enter your license plate, and add your credit card information. And if you go to the movies, you have to repeat the process just to validate your…
Great place for hanging out, eating and being merry
Great place to hang out, whether you have plans or not. There is plenty to do and see.
Nice open mall with many different restaurants, bars, and desserts shops. They have their own bowling alley and a cinema as well and many shopping boutiques too. Areas are kept clean. I like that they always a have a theme going on and they decorate around it very nicely. Many photo ops. Plus they have events happening every month.
