  • 28F amenities still not open, not only spa, the lounge, outdoor terrace and sauna also. I don’t know why they still not open yet. Lounge don’t need special care, it is same as 3F common working space. I don’t know why strata still not open.
  • - It is now December 2025, and the hot tub amenity has never opened since the building launched in late July. A repair sign has been up for months with no communication from Anthem about what the issue is, when it will be fixed, or whether residents can expect this amenity at all. For a new building marketed with premium amenities, the silence is concerning. - We were told that each unit would receive its own bike locker. However, the lockers cannot fit standard bikes. The new plan is a shared bike room, but the room is too small for the number of units — so instead of solving the problem,…
  • This is the third review as Anthem has reported and removed my previous reviews complaining about the hot tub. I guess if they keep removing my reviews I will give more opinions on the building. Please click “Updates” on Google to see reviews reported by Anthem. There are issues with the hot tub amenity as it is November 2025 and the amenity has never opened to residents (building opened late July). There is a repair notice. There has been zero communication on what Anthem will do fix the issue, what the issue is when the issue will be fixed. Be cautious of a developer who keeps removing and…
  • I purchased an Anthem property as a presale, which included one bike locker. The handover process felt rushed and disorganized. No clear communication, no expected move-in timeline, and poor follow-up from the developer. When I picked up my keys, I discovered that my assigned bike locker was significantly smaller than others due to the building structure, making it unusable for a standard bike. Despite multiple attempts to contact Anthem, the developer has avoided addressing the issue or providing a proper solution. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with Anthem’s customer service and lack…

  • Family member moved in and I can tell the build quality is good. I work in construction so I appreciate the workers hustling with the final touches and quick to respond to HomeOwnerCare requests, could really feel the energy. I also joined in for the opening event, lots of good food and was able to see the amenities. Looking forward to dropping by and enjoying them.
  • Andrew from Jinju helped us successfully secure the unit we liked. We’re very grateful — he is experienced and has a great attitude. The amenities in the Jinju building are also excellent, and we look forward to moving in.
  • Had a thorough walk through, feels more spacious than I thought for a 530 sqft space. Also can barely hear any sound from skytrain. Great ventilation system, I'm used to the old heaters, but I hear this one is more cost effective so hoping BC hydro costs are low. Nice view from the 12th floor facing the West with a peep of Van City from afar. There is a smaller low rise building part of Jinju next to the high rise that's below here.
  • Anthem does it again! beautifully designed and well formatted building.
