Project is good but management ia even worst sometimes
Where my brother bought an apartment in one of the towers in the front To be honest the view is just amazing out of this world but the services..the entrance of the building is horrible and the management is awful yet they charge so much money and penalties for no reason Thats the view from our balcony
The security staff are rude. The "aidat" are expensive with no service. They gouge the prices of water and gas because both are tied to the compound and not the government. Expect cockraoches.
I lived here for a little over six months, and this is the worst place you could possibly stay in Istanbul. Expect cockroaches, dirty stairwells, and extremely rude security guards. They might yell at you or insult you just because you don’t understand something. One time, I used my boyfriend’s access card because I forgot mine at home. Even though they had seen me many times with him and knew we lived together, they refused to let me in and even started calling the police. I had to go to the management office, and they made my boyfriend leave work just to prove that I lived with him, because…

Starting 2025 has been a big shift in upgrading the site from security , to cleaning to facilities etc Everything started to be better , and the best thing is the location of nlogo , infront of the highway and near Esenyurt Meydan . Everything is near by
I live there, buildings themselves are low quality, can keep noise and smell stays in those buildings for long time
Best location in Istanbul walking distance to everything you need, school, bus stops 3 minutes, Bazar and city centers, shopping centers 5 minutes, Government offices municipality 8 minutes walking, immigration office 10 minutes driving beautiful city view.
I have been traveling to different countries and dealing with many offices and accommodation managements. This is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They have no sense of responsibility and they don’t mind letting people stay without water for a few days, even though I have no outstanding balance or any pending bills. They are irresponsible and never care about the their tenants..
